Rodney Lowman, PhD, ABAP

Dr. Lowman has devoted his career to helping people, teams, and organizations be more successful and effective. His books and articles are widely read globally. In addition to his professional practice, he has been a professor at several universities but has always maintained a professional practice.

He is currently the President of Lowman & Richardson Consulting; Visiting Professor, Department of Industrial Psychology and People Management at University of Johannesburg in South Africa; and Distinguished Professor Emeritus, California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University, San Diego. He is also a Fellow of six divisions of the American Psychological Association (APA).

Dr. Lowman received his MA and PhD in industrial-organizational and clinical psychology from Michigan State University.

He consults with individuals who are based in California; teams and organizations nationwide; and on professional ethics virtually. He is available for consulting and speaking engagements globally.

Linda Richardson, PhD, M.S.N. is a licensed clinical psychologist who consults on mental health issues in the workplace, career assessment, and employee mental health.

She also has extensive experience managing employees with serious mental illness and mental health challenges. She is a fellow of Divisions 12 (Clinical Psychology) and 18 (Psychologists in Public Service) of the American Psychological Association (APA) and is the former president of APA Division 18 and the Society of Psychologists in Leadership.

Dr. Richardson received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Houston and her Master’s in psychiatric nursing from Yale University.

She is available for consulting and speaking engagements.
